* A member of BBB for 6 months or more.
* Provide a product before new quarter so I can physically touch your product. * On the application you must fill everything out all fields, and sign. If you do not, your application will be denied. This protects both parties. I NEED THIS COMPLETELY FILLED OUT OR WITH N/A.
* You are allowed to promote anything you physically do in the BBB, but you will only be in one category to not crowd the WEBSITE. (They will get exposure to whatever you offer once in your group) You do NEED TO NETWORK, build RELATIONSHIPS within BBB and not just promote. Remember we are a community not a marketplace.This is not a marketing agency. This is a network a community.
* I am not responsible for the success of your business. You are, it is your business.
* If you choose to leave BBB as an approved vendor you must let me know so I do not allow the promotion in the group for any legal issues that could arise afterwards if your name is brought up by a tag , comment, positive or negative review we will delete and not BE ALLOWED to protect your business and BBB.
* You may step down or pause your vendor status at anytime but you WILL NEED TO REAPPLY AGAIN.
* You cannot reapply as a vendor again if removed.

* There will be a 3 strike you are out rule. Examples:  negative reviews /concerns/outside of tat/lack of communication and etc. My team and I will review both parties to see what is the issues in the BBB page between members/customer/ you as a vendor.  Once we as a team have reviewed all proof, emails and etc we will then agree to have you removed. Disclaimer: If I feel you are not being honest, you are not following the values or mission of BBB you will be removed regardless of how many strikes.

* If approved you MUST use the hashtag #approvedvendor on all post,comments, and etc. If you do not your post and or comment will be removed or declined.

* By applying to be an approved vendor, you understand that this does not mean you are guaranteed to be spotlighted.

* DO NOT SIGN MY NAME or EMAIL UP ON ANY AFFILIATE PROGRAM YOU HAVE.

* If I ask for your services such as digital work, drop shipping, laser engravings ETC, I can still use the universal discount code but do not send me product at no charge. DO NOT REFUND ME. DO NOT GIFT ME ANYTHING. You work hard just like I do.

* You are ABLE to provide a discount percentage by using the universal code I put in place monthly .For example “ David and Eugene Creations LLC 10% off retail only” or “ At this moment my profit margins are not high I do not want to give a code” Both amazing choices. It is your business PUT it is first.

* Just because you are an approved vendor does not mean you will be ran in the exclusive membership weekly schedule. The exclusive group retailers schedule focuses on screen printed finished tees, but we have begun to add more to the schedule as we have grown.

* You must do your own marketing. The BBB is a network and community of business owners helping other business owners. The BBB is not a Marketing firm or agency. This is why there is no fee to be an approved vendor because we are a community working together.

* You need to be active in BBB. Do not apply if you do not plan to at least post once a month. You to be active in BBB. Your views will be very low if you are not active in BBB. It is just how the FB works.

* You cannot promote more than two times a week. If you exceed this and we see you are abusing this your post will be denied. You must be willing to give more than you take.

* After you are approved you must join the BBB approved vendor group for important vendor information and networking amongst vendors.  ( ALSO TO VIEW THE MONTHLY UNIVERSAL CODE TO HAVE SCHEDULED ON YOUR SIDE)

* NO vendors are allowed in the exclusive membership group unless they are also running a retail store. YOU MUST PAY just like everyone else does to keep it fair. If you are not paying and are currently in the exclusive group please remove yourself. This keeps it from being biased and or unfair to others. I would have to allow all vendors inside the BBB exclusive group.

* I will NOT be doing anymore giveaways/sponsorship to BBB membership. You are welcome to do your own in your group and gift your members the BBB membership, but these will be on your own volition. You will purchase a gift card on my website using the password BOSSBABE. Give that code for your giveaway winner to utilize on my website to purchase the subscription to my exclusive group.

* The members of the exclusive group pay for my services. My engagement and interactions ,my schedule, my teaching videos, and my weekly exclusive tips. The vendor code was/is a perk. It is not a necessity. It does get used since they know they have access to it just like your brand rep codes that are all over your platforms. In terms, whether BBB has a code or not will not disqualify you at all from being an amazing vendor. Also, just because you are NOT an approved vendor does not mean you are not exceptional it just simply means we have not crossed paths, or we have not built a relationship at this moment. I still will respect your business and wish you nothing but the best. PUT IT FIRST.
