PAY THE $20 YEARLY FEE due by March 20, 2026 ( no excuses and non refundable). $20 regular NO special this year. THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU GET PROMOTED BY ME. I do not get anything in return for this fee just compensating our time. This fee is split in 3 between Admins.

BE CONSISTENT WITH YOUR TAT. IF YOU CANNOT KEEP UP WITH THE INFLUX THAT BBB PROVIDES. STEP DOWN or STOP TAKING ORDERS. THIS IS NOT FAIR TO OUR MEMBERS.
No rebranding, no new website, no new groups OUTSIDE OF WHAT YOU ARE APPROVED FOR. THIS WILL GET YOU REMOVED!
Please let us know if your legal name differs than the name you paid your vendor fee with, or varies from your name on Facebook.
* You are NOT allowed to promote anything outside of what you are approved for in the BBB! Only the category you are approved for and additional items already noted in your previous applications. (They will get exposure to whatever you offer once in your group).

You do NEED TO NETWORK, build RELATIONSHIPS within BBB and not just promote. Remember we are a community not a marketplace. This is not a marketing agency. This is a network and community.
* I am NOT responsible for the success of your business. You are, it is your business. If I shout you out it because I see your product on my newsfeed and felt the need to share. However, I do not have to do this whatsoever.
* If you choose to leave BBB as an approved vendor you must let me know so I do not allow the promotion in the group for any legal issues that could arise afterwards if your name is brought up by a tag, comment, positive or negative review. We will delete and not BE ALLOWED to protect your business and BBB. We will remove you from BBB vendor group and you must rejoin. That way we can remove all your post, comment , and advertisement .
* You may step down but you WILL NEED TO REAPPLY AGAIN when I open up for those that stepped down to reapply.
* You cannot reapply as a vendor again if removed.
* There will be a 3 strike you are out rule. Examples: negative reviews /concerns/outside of tat/lack of communication and etc. My team and I will review both parties to see what the issues in the BBB page between members/customer/ and you as a vendor. Once we as a team have reviewed all proof, emails and etc we will then agree to have you removed. Disclaimer: If I feel you are not being honest, you are not following the values or mission of BBB you will be removed regardless of how many strikes.
* If you have an approved vendor, approved vendor bestie, etc. in your group that you want to spotlight and love on GO FOR IT! I highly recommend this that’s community but steer the sales to their business page/ group/ website. If you allow orders in your group, you are liable for any issues that happen with that order because it happened in your group. It’s best to separate to avoid any confusion from BBB members and you as an approved vendor.
* If you continue to want to be an approved vendor you MUST use the hashtag #approvedvendor on all post, comments, and etc. If you do not your post and or comment will be removed or declined.
* No links in your main post. Please direct them to your group where you can post links or ways to order. We will be declining post with links moving forward.
* Links in the comments is fine but not in your main post.
* By renewing your status as an approved vendor, you understand that this does not mean you are guaranteed to be spotlighted.
* DO NOT SIGN MY NAME or EMAIL UP ON ANY AFFILIATE PROGRAM YOU HAVE.
* If I ask for your services such as digital work, drop shipping, laser engravings ETC. DO NOT REFUND ME. DO NOT GIFT ME ANYTHING. You work hard just like I do.
* We no longer have the BBB Exclusive group so therefore we no longer have the universal discount code. You are welcome to offer codes for BBB members but must do so in your own groups or comment sections.
* Because we no longer have an exclusive group, I am not running vendors' products weekly. You must do your own marketing. The BBB is a network and community of business owners helping other business owners. The BBB is not a Marketing firm or agency. We are a community working together.
* You need to be active in BBB. Do not agree to terms and conditions if you cannot be active. You are required to post 2 times a month at minimum but are also welcomed to post 2 times a week if you would like. You need to be active in BBB. Your views will be very low if you are not active in BBB. It is just how the FB works. Do not blame this on us.
* If you do not think you can be active besides to promise you need to step down. We encourage engagement. We are not a marketplace we are a community. Build each other up but do not just post ads ONLY.
* You cannot promote more than TWO times a week. If you exceed this and we see you are abusing this your post will be denied. You must be willing to give more than you take. This includes your brand rep, ambassadors, and affiliates.
* We do not allow any go funds, and fundraisers raising money of any kind for any cause.
* We do allow digital collaborations for causes that align with BBB missions. All digital designers do not need to be approved but cannot be promoted individually. You as the vendor can post the collab and details in the comments to lead to your group but not to those that are not approved.
ALL ISSUES/CONCERNS MUST BE INSIDE THE BBB MESSAGES. NO PM/DM/EMAILS. ALL BBB MESSAGES. MUST LIKE THE PAGE FIRST BEFORE YOU CAN MESSAGE.
